Refund and Returns Policy
REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
toptrendsjewellery.in is a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale platform. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
1. NO “CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS
Since we operate in the wholesale and bulk manufacturing segment, we DO NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as “I didn’t like the design,” “The product is no longer needed,” or “I couldn’t sell the item.” All sales are final.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY)
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following two conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: The product has a structural flaw (e.g., broken clasp, missing major stone).
- Wrong Item Sent: The item received is different from the one ordered (SKU mismatch).
3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (CONDITION PRECEDENT)
As per the guidelines for bulk shipments, no claim for damages, shortages, or defects will be entertained without a Mandatory Unboxing Video.
- The video must be uncut, unedited, and show the package from all 360-degree angles before opening.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
- Any defect must be highlighted in the same video.
- Failure to provide this video will result in immediate rejection of the claim.
4. REPORTING TIMELINE
Any defect or discrepancy must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery via our official WhatsApp support or Email (info@toptrendsjewellery.in). Claims made after this window will not be valid.
5. REFUND PROCESS
If a return is approved:
- Replacement: We will first attempt to replace the defective item with a fresh piece (subject to stock availability).
- Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we will provide “Store Credit” for the same amount, which can be used for future orders.
- Bank Refund: In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
- In case of a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item, Top Trends will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a reverse pickup (if available in that pin code).
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
- By the Buyer: Orders once placed and paid for cannot be cancelled as they move into the processing/packaging stage immediately.
- By Top Trends: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical glitches. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the buyer within 48 hours.
