These minor differences are due to digital screen resolutions and professional studio lighting, ensuring that every piece remains unique.
You can access your sales receipt through two primary channels:
My Account: Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section to view and download your PDF invoices.
Email & WhatsApp: A digital copy is automatically sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number once the order is confirmed.
Note: For all wholesale shipments, a physical GST-compliant invoice is also included inside the delivery package.
As a wholesale B2B platform, we only accept returns in cases of Manufacturing Defects or if the Wrong Item was delivered. To initiate a claim, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a Mandatory 360-degree Uncut Unboxing Video. Once our quality team verifies the claim, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
