SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Top Trends, we strive to deliver your wholesale jewelry orders in the most secure and timely manner. This Shipping Policy governs all domestic and international shipments made through toptrendsjewellery.in.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Wholesale Orders: Since we deal in bulk and handcrafted items, orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: For large custom manufacturing orders, the timeline will be communicated via WhatsApp/Email at the time of order placement.
- Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
- Carrier: We partner with reputed logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure safe delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: Usually 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location (Tier 1 cities are faster).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OVERSEAS)
We proudly export our jewelry worldwide from our base in Delhi.
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days depending on the country’s geography and customs regulations.
- Custom Duties & Taxes: > IMPORTANT: All International orders are subject to Import Duties, Custom Taxes, and Local Levies as per the laws of the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the Buyer (Importer of Record) directly to the carrier or local authorities.
- Shipping Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and a link will be shared via your registered Email/WhatsApp. It may take 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & INCORRECT ADDRESS
- The carrier will usually make three attempts to deliver the package.
- If the Buyer provides an incorrect/incomplete address or is unavailable, and the package is returned to us (RTO), the Buyer will be liable for the additional shipping costs for re-dispatching the order.
6. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
We take utmost care in premium packaging to prevent damage. However, if you receive a tampered or damaged package:
- Do NOT accept the delivery if the seal is broken.
- An Unboxing Video (Uncut, 360-degree) is mandatory to claim any transit-related damage or missing items. Without this video, no claims will be entertained as per our B2B guidelines.
7. FORCE MAJEURE (DELAYS)
Top Trends is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or logistical failures of the third-party carrier.
